Installed at the outlet of the pump to prevent the pump from water shock and backward flow.
ㅁ The full shutoff dash port operates in two-stage motion for the top (high pressure) or bottom (low pressure).
ㅁ The dash port attached to the top is directly connected to the disk. The first stage (85~90%) and the second stage
(10~15%) are all controlled by the dash port for better shutoff. When the dash port is attached to the top, closing speed in
the 1st stage is controlled to prevent a sudden drop in system pressure.
ㅁ As for the dash port attached to the bottom, the disk is used for urgent shutoff in the first stage (85~90%) and for full shutoff
in the 2nd stage (10~15%) to reduce water shock, vibration and noise.
ㅁ The dash port creates an air gap where it is connected with the valve body to prevent media from contamination in case of
a leakage.
ㅁ Compared to the swing-type check valve, its short cycle distance absorbs more water shock.
ㅁ The body and the seat are all made of metal.
ㅁThe seat replacement or maintenance is almost unnecessary. It is the best choice for where the flow rate is high and the
valve should be opened or closed frequently.
ㅁThe rubber seat's life is not reduced by hardening or wearing. |
