ㅁ As it is a full port type, head loss is small and fluid flows quietly.
ㅁ Since the ball shape is a plug type (trapezoid), it can be opened or closed with less power to reduce seat damage and
lengthen seat life significantly.

The hydraulic/pneumonic ball valve is installed at the outlet of the pump to protect the pump from water shocks and
reverse flow.
ㅁ The hydraulic/pneumonic is a link-and-lever type and is controlled by two-stage motion. The first stage (85~90%) is used
for urgent shutoff and the 2nd stage (10~15%) is used for full shutoff. In this way, the water shock, vibration and noise are
reduced, and negative pressure at the outlet is down.
ㅁ Since opening and closing speed can be controlled respectively, it is the best choice for the check valve in the pump room.
ㅁ The valve body consists of three parts assembled by bolts. If a leakage occurs due to the worn seat, the seat contact gap
can be adjusted by the external controller.
ㅁ The double blocking system is applied for perfect flow control.
ㅁ Regardless of fluid directions, it can be installed (Excellent performance in both directions). |
